Refund Policy
In compliance with Australian Government regulations, once an ETA Visa is issued there are no refunds. Any cancellation of the credit card used by the owner will result in credit card fraud charges being laid against the owner and the passport owners being arrested either on their next journey to Australia or by their local law enforcement services.
Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to process your application or in extenuating circumstances WITHIN 24 hours of eta visa approval.

 How long can I stay in Australia?
3 months PER TRIP. Visa valid for 12 months from day of issue.
What is the Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)?
It allows you to get your visa online instead of going to the embassy and waiting 2-3 weeks. In most cases, you will know the result within a few hours instead of weeks.
Do I need a travel ticket before I apply for an ETA?
NO
However, you should get your visa BEFORE you get your plane ticket. Not everyone gets a visa.
How do I know if my ETA is still valid for travel to Australia ?
It is valid for 12 months from day of issue. Or you can contact us and ask.

Put a yellow POST IT Note on the inside of the picture page with the expiry date eg: Australian ETA Visa expires 09 February 2013
How does the airline know I have a visa to travel to Australia?
They have limited access to check our Government database and can quickly see that you have a visa or not.
Is my personal information safe?

We keep your passport details and billing details, However, We DO NOT KEEP your credit card details for any reason as we are totally in compliance with the Australian Govt's regulations about this.
What happens if I already have a visa or ETA?
You can either use the one you have or UPgrade for our discounted price (most people upgrade) but it is your choice.

When should I apply for an ETA visa?
We recommend that you apply at least 2-4 weeks before you travel. 2-3 months is common and you have peace of mind knowing that your visa is approved.
Every day we get people "at the airport" and their visas are not approved or worse, they are referred to the embassy and they lose their flight, ticket and money.
Don't be a putz, book early.
